工作原理 Principle
船体浸没在电解质的海水中会出现腐蚀,ICCP通过对钢质船体施加保护电流,使之阴极化,电流越大,阴极表面的电子积累越多,电位就越负,当电位负到一定程度时,钢铁表面达到等电位,腐蚀作用停止,船体得到保护。
To immerse the hull in sea water will cause corrosion.ICCP will protect metal’s hull from corrosion with applying protective current on it . The more the current is ,the more the electrons will be accumulated on cathode’s surface. When the potential is negative to a certain value,the metal surface will be equipotential,and then the hull will be protected from corrosion.


系统流程 Process
ICCP是由船上装备的直流电源,通过安装在船体上的辅助阳极对船体施加保护电流。整套ICCP系统 由恒电位仪、辅助阳极、参比电极、阳极屏蔽层及舵和推进器(螺旋桨)轴接地装置等组成。
The whole ICCP system consists of electric cabinet, auxiliary anode,conference cell , dielectric shield, rudder and propeller stock grounding. ICCP protects the hull with direct current through auxiliary anode installed on it .

保护的船体面积大,可以覆盖整个船体水下面积;
可以对船体的电位实施及时测量,并相应的调整系统释放的电流,以达到最佳的保护效果;
使用可控硅恒电位仪,采用集成模块电路,提高了仪器的稳定性和可靠性;
使用的辅助阳极为钛阳极,释放的电流量大,且消耗的钛量少,使用寿命长;
阳极屏蔽层采用环氧系腻子型材料,耐电性最好,与钢板附着力强,绝缘性能优良,使辅助阳极输出的电流能均匀的分布在船体上以及流向更远的船体。
Large scale of protection, it can cover the hull fully under the sea water.
Measure the hull potential constantly, and adjust the released current to reach the best protection effect.
Use silicon-controlled rectifier with integrated circuit module, improve the stability and reliability of equipments.
Use titanium as auxiliary anode which can release high current with low consumption and can preserve working life.
The materal of dielectric shield is epoxy coating which has the best electrical resistance, strong adhesion, good insulation, and can release the protective current to the hull averagely.
